Delivery & Returns Information


On placing an order, you can either collect from our gallery in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire or we will ship to your designated address. Delivery can take up to 10 working days however we will happily chase your delivery if you so require. Artworks that require a glazing (usually mounted prints) could have the glazing swapped to an acrylic glass to prevent damage in transit. Fees for delivery charge will be displayed at checkout.


Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of any original or limited edition artwork.  However, if your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will work with you to get a suitable replacement. YOU MUST SIGN THE PACKAGE AS DAMAGED IF YOU NOTICE THIS UPON RECEIPT. In the event you are returning artwork to us, please ensure it is packaged correctly to prevent any possible or further damage. It is your responsibility to ensure the artwork arrives back to us safely. You will also be responsible for paying for any damage made to the art and or frame if not returned packaged in a correct manner. This also includes ensuring you are using a suitable carrier for the art to prevent any damage on its return, if you cannot return the artwork personally then we would recommend you use a specialist courier so you know the artwork is in safe hands.
