From here, you can choose the style of frame you'd like, customise the frame and then make the purchase. Once the order is received we will send out an order pack to the address on the order form.
The pack will contain:
A copy of your order form for you to double check and, if required, make any changes.
1 x poly jar (with lid) and a velvet pouch to place a small amount of your loved one’s ashes (about half of a teaspoon)
A handy spoon to measure the ashes
A self-addressed, cushioned envelope for you to return the ashes back to us
Our contact details just in case you need any help at all
Then, please follow the procedure laid out below to ensure we are able to complete your frame with minimal delay.
Check, then double-check the order form!!!! This will form the basis of the frame we make for you and how the ashes are cast. Please do feel free to call our team on 01933 770940 if you are unsure of anything though.
Place around quarter to half a teaspoon of the ashes into the plastic jar provided and seal. Place the sealed jar into the velvet pouch. (We will return any unused ashes with your frame)
Put the pouch, containing the ashes, into the self-addressed envelope provided, and return to us in the post.
Depending on the frame you have chosen, we will also need up to 4 x LANDSCAPE ORIENTATION photos to put into the frame. You can either:
Email us the photos (highest resolution possible please) to enquiries@thepixiegallery.co.uk with your name on the subject line (recommended)
Print these yourself and place them in the self-addressed envelope
Once received at The Pixie Gallery, we can begin the production process which, generally takes between 2-3 weeks
On completion, we will then send the frame, recorded delivery, via our trusted courier to the address on the order form. The delivery is free. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to collect from the gallery.
