Delivery	We offer a FREE delivery service to Mainland UK. On placing an order, you can either collect from our gallery in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire or we will ship to your designated address. Delivery can take up to 10 working days however we will happily chase your delivery if you so require. Artworks that require a glazing (usually mounted prints) could have the glazing swapped to an acrylic glass to prevent damage in transit
Returns	Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of any original or limited edition artwork. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will work with you to get a suitable replacement. In the event you are returning artwork to us, please ensure it is packaged correctly to prevent any possible or further damage. It is your responsibility to ensure the artwork arrives back to us safely. You will also be responsible for paying for any damage made to the art and or frame if not returned packaged in a correct manner. This also includes ensuring you are using a suitable carrier for the art to prevent any damage on its return, if you cannot return the artwork personally then we would recommend you use a specialist courier so you know the artwork is in safe hands.
Price Match	Here at The Pixie Gallery we are committed to delivering the best possible customer service along with great value for money on your artwork purchases. If you find the same artwork (or a similar original by the same artist) that has been priced cheaper than ours, as long as we have evidence of this and it is on current display elsewhere, we will happily match that price and, in some cases, beat it.
Home Appraisal	If you are undecided about an artist or artworks, we will bring a choice of artworks to your home so that you can view them in comfort and in situ. This is an entirely FREE service (distance permitting) with absolutely NO OBLIGATION to purchase. We take into account your tastes, needs and requirements and offer you a choice of varying pieces for you to consider. Again, we can offer this service in the comfort of your own home or we can arrange an appointment at the gallery and go through it all over a coffee.
Artwork Guide	Original Art Original art is an extremely desireable, unique piece of art that has been directly created by the artist. There is only one 'original' regardless of whether a print run has been created from it. Any original art bought from The Pixie Gallery is guaranteed to be authentic and, for that reason, will come with a publisher's certificate of authenticity as your full, money back guarantee. The artist will also sign the artwork. Limited Editions Limited Edition artworks are a direct reproduction of an origial artwork, using the finest quality inks, papers and technologies to ensure that the print is as close to the original as possible. Usually, each print will be numbered and signed by the artist. As the name suggests, there will only ever be a certain number of prints available to purchase and, again once these have been sold, they become a desirable piece of art and often increase in their value. Rarely do you lose your investment into a limited edition artwork and is so a preferred choice for those that want to build their art collection. Again, each print purchased from our gallery comes complete with a certificate of authenticity. Hand Embellished Limited Editions In some cases, an artist will add their own mark to a limited edition print, such as a touch of paint or other elements that makes them each slightly more unique than the other. This is Hand Embellishing and, again, is a very desireable form of artwork. Often, these limited editions are run in smaller numbers and so have a rarity that is enticing to those that wish to invest in artworks. As per standard limited edition, the artist will sign and number to reflect their commitment that no further editions will be created over and above the original print run.
